My boss's eyesight is very weak because She is very hard working and uses electronic gadgets for her business till late at night. She takes rest a little bit. She is very careless about her care. Now I decided to make a diet plan for her. Because Her mother insisted to me, to take care of her health. She is very worried about her daughter's health. She taught me everything about her daughter's diet plan. By the way, Are you following any diet plan these days? I want to know about one day trips from las vegas. |

well, I have no idea about this diet plan because I am fit and healthy. I am using healthy foods like fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, meals, and milk, in my daily life. Every night drinking milk is my habit and without this then I can't sleep. In the morning boiled egg with some juices and a slice of bread with butter help me to stay active and energetic whole the day. Especially my pockets are always filled the dry fruits like Almonds, Chaswes, and Pistachios are the best for inner health too. That's why I don't ned any diet plan and want to recommend you should also have some habits in your life. What say am I right?

After reading your response I am amazed to know about your health. I agree with you that if we use all your mentioned foods then It will help to make health good. By the way, I don't like to eat vegetables. So if you know about another way of using vegetables then You should suggest here regarding it here. Do you know about making any dish in which vegetables included? then share here the dish name. I would like to make it. Waiting for your reply...
